Lots of people fail at a plant-based diet because they either don’t know what to eat, don’t eat enough and feel tired and hungry or eat too much and end up with the worse wind and bloating ever!
Remember when you eat a whole food plant-based diet you need to eat a large volume of food to get the calories in. Some people feel like they are eating way too much food (you are not) when they switch because they are used to more calorie-dense portions that are a lot smaller. If you match processed food or animal product's calories to weight against plants the plants are twice as much volume of food. This means on a whole food plant-based diet you need to eat a lot more than you are used to or you just don’t take enough calories on board, you become tired and hungry leading you to not having a positive experience so you quit! (Vegan junk food is just as calorific and unhealthy as any other junk food)

Remember we are all different shapes and sizes and you need to eat for the body you want not the body you have. When following the meal plan you can adapt the portions to suit your calorie needs by doubling up the portion sizes if you are a larger frame and if you are a smaller frame then eat less.
