We have different packages available for people who want to make the transition to a healthier lifestyle and develop healthy relationships with food.
The package you choose depends on where you are on your journey so far. Some people just want to dip their toe in and try a plant-based diet so for this we offer a free 7-day challenge. This will give you a 7-day meal plan with a shopping list of groceries you will need to make the first 7 days a success. Find out more here.
For anyone who is looking to lose weight and transition then we have 3 packages available
6 weeks appetiser plan - This is to get you started and make you hungry for more
12 weeks main course – This is one to fill you up with lots of help and the support you’ll need
12 weeks sweet course - This package offers either a home or gym-based exercise program to follow that runs alongside your meal plans
6 weeks Appetiser Plan
This program begins with a 45 min consultation so I can get to know what you like to eat and what your goals and aspirations are.
You will then be given a meal plan to follow each week. I will go through each meal plan to make sure you understand how to prepare the food and where to buy your grocery list from
You get access to a closed Facebook group where I will share lots of cooking videos so you can cook some recipes along with me in real-time.

12 weeks Main Course
This program begins with a 45 min consultation so I can get to know what you like to eat and what your goals and aspirations are.
You will then be given a meal plan to follow each week. I will go through each meal plan to make sure you understand how to prepare the food and where to buy your grocery list from
You get access to a closed Facebook group where I will share lots of cooking videos so you can cook some recipe along with me in real-time
You will get access to group coaching sessions

2 1:1 private call coaching sessions
The Sweet Course
This program begins with a 45 min consultation so I can get to know what you like to eat and what your goals and aspirations are.
You will then be given a meal plan to follow each week. I will go through each meal plan to make sure you understand how to prepare the food and where to buy your grocery list from
You get access to a closed Facebook group where I will share lots of cooking videos so you can cook some recipes along with me in real-time. This will help to practice your cooking skills and give you the confidence to create your meals
You will get access to group coaching sessions
2 private 1:1 zoom coaching sessions
1 x week for 12 weeks personal training sessions in Champions Gym Hull or a personalised gym program to use at home or a gym of your choice
